Best of Tequila Mockingbird - The Winter menu
This winter, Head Chef John Frid be re-visiting 12 seasonal menus and over 250 dishes to decipher the very best of Tequila Mockingbird and compile it into one best-of menu launching Tuesday 4th June.
The winter menu will see the return of the ever popular Cast Iron Provoleta - Provolone cheese melted in a cast iron skillet, a drizzle of with Pedro Ximinez sherry ladened with crispy jalapenos served with fresh tortillas.
Our fall-off-the-bone Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder is back with its’ hearty punch of Argentinian chimichurri, the ultimate share plate for meat lovers.
Leave on a sweet (and citrusy) note as we welcome back one of our all time favourite desserts, the Yuzu Suspiro Limeno - an indulgent rich lemon curd with a sharp yuzu granita and burnt meringue.

Throughout selected dining periods this winter, enjoy a 6 dish “Best of” set menu inclusive of a glass of Luigi Bosca Malbec on arrival.
Available every Tuesday & Wednesday dinner, and Friday lunch throughout June-July, the 6 dish menu showcases some of the most loved dishes determined by our regular guests.
Designed to take you on a journey through Latin America, the menu begins with the fresh flavours of Mexico with our Guacamole with pico de gallo, served alongside a Chilean inspired cured Salmon with beetroot, shiso & passionfruit. For mains, enjoy the authentic flavours of Peru with our Chicken a la brasa served with aji verde & aji amarillo whilst enjoying the fruits of Argentina as we serve up a glass of silky rich, Luigi Bosca ‘La Linda’ Malbec.
This generous set menu is only available to pre-booked tables on selected days through June - July. Availability is limited per shift, be sure to secure your booking to avoid missing out on this exclusive special set menu.

T&C’s: This special set menu is available from Tuesdsay 11th June - Wednesday 31st July during selected shifts. Set menu available Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 5.30pm and Fridays between 12-2.45pm.
