Burgundy vs Tasmania Wine dinner

We welcome Gavin Lennard of Vintage & Vine to guide you through 9 wines paired with an 8 course set menu especially designed by Executive Chef Regan Porteous. The dinner showcases premium pinot noir’s from Tasmania through to premier cru Burgundian wines. We’ll also be giving you the chance to really test your tastebuds, blind tasting the two regions throughout the meal. The evening will conclude with the opportunity to order your wine of choice from our friends at Five Ways Cellars
