Amigos assemble! This winter, spend a cosy evening indulging in great food and unrivalled company as Diageo Ambassador - Gemma Duff - hosts an Australian exclusive.

We’re showcasing George Clooney & Rande Gerber's ultra premium Casamigos Tequila range, in all its glory, including the most recent release - Espadin Agave Mezcal.

Warm up 4 smoky cocktails designed especially for the occasion, meticulously paired with four courses centred around dishes cooked on our wood smoked parilla grill.



Course one | Citrus cured salmon, charred pumpkin, shiso

Ashes to Ashes - Casamigos Blanco, Solerno, lime, orange bitters, charcoal salt

Course two | Mackerel Escabeche, yuzu, smoked almonds

Fired Up | Casamigos Mezcal, Apricot brandy, Rosemary syrup, lemon, cracked black pepper

Course three | Achiote rubbed Picanha, crispy garlic

Yuzu Fresh - Casamigos Reposado, agave, yuzu, fresh mint

Course four | Dark chocolate fondant, chocolate mole, cherry sorbet

Chocolate Cigar - Casamigos Anejo, St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, Cherry Syrup, Chocolate bitters

Loosely translating to ‘House of Friends’, Casamigos evolved from a few late nights sipping Tequila in Clooney & Gerbers’ Mexico homes. After musing about a tequila that was premium, affordable & hangover-free, the pair decided to make it happen.

We wanted one that didn’t burn going down, that was super smooth, and had the right flavour profile. One that we didn’t have to mix — typically we drink it straight or on the rocks — that we could drink all day long and not be hungover in the morning.

Two years & over 700 samples later, the ultra-premium small batch tequila hit shelves and took the Tequila market by storm. After being purchased by Diageo in 2017, Clooney & Gerber continue to be heavily involved with the distillation process, making sure they’re the first to try new batches.

We’re super excited to team up with Diageo for an exclusive evening, welcoming this incredible brand to a spectacular portfolio and introducing the full Casmaigos range our fellow Sydney-side tequila enthusiasts.

As this is a special event with a menu curated to pair with each cocktail, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requests.  The dinner is scheduled for a 6.30pm start. Please let us know if you are running late. The dinner will host a mixture of communal and individual dining tables.
